The Inclusion Navigator will serve as a critical source of support for families of children with developmental disabilities. This individual will help families navigate the complex early care and education system by guiding families through matching children’s needs with available program slots. The Navigator will also support providers, sharing training and resources for best practices in serving children with disabilities and providing one-on-one technical assistance on inclusion related topics to parents and child care providers.
Quality Assurance Specialist I
This position will provide regular and systematic program compliance reviews of client services files and payment records. This position will be conducting Quality Assurance measures to ensure that the provider files, client services files, and payments made are accurate and in compliance with CDE regulations and that errors are accurately documented. The goal of the Quality Assurance Specialist is to obtain a 0% error rate throughout the AP Programs. The successful candidate will need to be flexible, have excellent time management, database management skills, and handle competing priorities.
