Event Details

Mindfulness is the practice of bringing one’s attention to what is happening at the present moment with acceptance and openness. It’s called a practice because it takes time and practice before it feels comfortable and natural. It reduces both physical and emotional stress to decrease the effects of traumatic events. Join us and learn how to incorporate mindfulness into your child care programs to create calm, regulated, and healthy learning and working environments for young children and the adults that care for them.
