Participants will learn about trauma and the impact of trauma and traumatic stress on children’s development and learning. You will be introduced to trauma-informed early childhood practices that support children’s healing and resiliency. Participants will also learn about the use of the Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES) index to understand their own background with trauma.
