This workshop is designed to equip caregivers and child care providers with the knowledge and practical tools to effectively use play to support the development and well-being of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Play is a fundamental part of childhood development, fostering imagination, social skills, and emotional regulation. While play can sometimes present challenges for children with ASD, this workshop will explore strategies to overcome these obstacles and create engaging play experiences that promote learning and interaction.
