    • 100% Employer Paid Medical Insurance for Employee (and Family) under two HMO options, or a PPO buy-up plan for the premium difference from the HMO options. The funding for out-of-pocket expenses will be provided through a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Visa debit card.
    • Employees may opt out and receive reimbursement up to group plan coverage premiums (proof of other insurance indicating premium payment is required)
