Authentic partnerships are critical in fostering positive learning environments. Did you know that they also enhance learning success both at home and in childcare? In this workshop we will discuss strategies for building genuine and collaborative relationships with parents, how to recognize parents as valued partners in their children’s educational journey, how valuing parental input can lead to mutually supportive practices at home and childcare, and how to navigate disagreements and address concerns.
