Positive self talk involves saying something to yourself that motivates or empowers you. It makes you feel good and confident in your ability to carry out a particular task. Having a positive outlook enables you to cope better with stressful situations, which reduce the harmful effects of stress on your body. This class will help you turn negative talk into positive.
