This is a series of sessions – registration for the first part will provide registration for all classes. You are welcome to register for and attend any sessions!
This is a unique 3-week session designed for families experiencing homelessness. We will look at how to create life and work balance while managing the difficult layer of housing insecurity. Review how to be genuinely present during challenging times and what it means to keep space for yourself and your family. Incentives and art supplies will be provided.
