The core mission of the Community Care Licensing Division, Child Care Licensing Program is to maintain the health and safety of children by ensuring that licensed child care facilities meet established standards. Most Commonly Cited Deficiencies reports are produced annually providing insight into areas of deficiency for licensed facilities where the Compliance and Regulatory Enforcement (CARE) Tool was used. Child care program staff will share the findings of the report and discuss best practices to remain in compliance with Title 22 licensing standards specific to these deficiencies.
