Mindfulness practices can help reduce stress and improve emotional regulation. Taking care of our own emotional wellness can greatly impact our ability to be present and attuned to our kids, and to be less reactive to their distress. This workshop will provide information about Buddhist psychology and practical tools for adults and kids of various ages. Participants will engage in mindfulness exercises as well as learn how to communicate and share tools with children.
