As we are so dedicated to helping others in our line of work, we often forget how to help ourselves which is also self care especially our work is often high stress. Combined with the Trauma Informed Care techniques and understanding of our own emotional patterns and behaviors, this training is designed to help us to empty our stress from our emotional bucket and then fill up with our positive energies so we will fully participate again in our daily work lives and personal lives.
